In his speech,Nie,a senior energy management expert from China Quality Certification Center, affirmed the previous energy saving and emission reduction work of the company and expressed his appreciation for the leadership of the company and their support for the construction of the energy management system. At the same time, he also pointed out that the company has a waste of energy, lack of energy management, understanding of energy-related laws and regulations and so on.
Mr. Nie also explained the background and purpose of the energy management system construction and the benefits and impacts that the energy management system has brought to the enterprises and made a brief introduction of the energy management system.Teacher Nie said that the energy management system is based on the whole process of energy management, following the principles of system management (PDCA), through the establishment of a complete set of standards and norms in the enterprise to establish a complete and effective, document energy management mode.
